Hi there Im Belinda, One of my best skills I bring to havening is intuition, I have developed this skill and during a havening session I have discovered this skill is enhanced. It helps me to tune in and connect my innate wisdom with that of my Client . I am a licenced Nia Dance teacher. My Intensive Training in The Nia Technique has developed my listening and communicating skills . I specialise in a Dance Class that I created and have been running for several years FREEDOM DANCE for people living with Parkinsons. Some of my 30 case studies have been Parkinsons people and It fascinates me how this disease of the body is intricately related to Trauma. I am fit , very healthy and am extremely passionate about self care and Being the best I Can be.
